What to Expect

Virtual coaching sessions bi-weekly for a minimum of one year with options up to three years.

Each session will be 50 minutes in length. In between sessions you will have designated reading material.

There will be three levels of discussion and training in each coaching encounter: personal performance principles, leadership/mentoring principles, and Biblically based faith principles.

Attending “greatness Live" during the year of your coaching experience is highly encouraged.

Keith leads client partnerships and guides the growth of the greatness coaching team, a group of leaders shaped through the greatness coaching experience and greatness LIVE. Together, they bring diverse backgrounds, shared values, and a commitment to helping others live and lead with purpose.

greatness Coaching is offered on a limited basis to ensure each participant receives focused, personal attention.
The investment is $15,000 per year, reflecting the depth, time, and care built into the experience.
